If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, we will provide a full refund.

5. Liability

GreenThumbGardens is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of our services. We are also not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, traffic, and road closures.

You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the rental vehicle during your use. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented, normal wear and tear expected.
